Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation of any TMLP service requires prior notice of two business days. The customer remains responsible for all charges, including applicable taxes, late payment interest fees, and other miscellaneous charges, for all services provided until such 'Cancellation' notice is given. Once such notice has been received by the TMLP, a final invoice statement will be issued.

The customer shall be liable for all service(s) delivered until TMLP receives and confirms notice of cancellation and service is discontinued. The invoice for all services rendered up to the date of cancellation will be labeled "Final Statement" and is payable upon receipt.

Any credit balance refunds shall be issued after satisfaction of payment for previous services rendered is complete.
