one?
Below the "Access Account" and "Clear Form" buttons,
you will see a button which reads "First Time User." See image
below for details.

Clicking this button will take you to an online signup form. Type your
8-digit TMLP Account number in the white box as shown below and click
the "Next" button.

The system will check to make sure the number you entered is a valid
TMLP Account Number which has not already signed up for Online Payment
access. If it is, you will move on to the Step 2 screen as shown below.
Enter a password in the white boxes labelled "BPP System Password" and
"Re-Enter Password." You must enter the same password in both boxes.
Your password can be as many as 20 characters long, but must be a minimum
of six characters in length. Valid characters are numbers (0-9), capital
letters (A-Z), lowercase letters (a-z), and the special characters for
period (.), dash (-), and underscore (_). No other special characters
will be accepted as part of the password.
You may also enter a valid email address in the third form box. If you
forget your password at a later date, the system can use this address
to email you the password.
When you have entered a password (and, optionally, your email address),
click the "Sign Up" button to continue. You should see a screen
similar to the one below.

You can now click the "Log In" button and use your TMLP Account
Number and new password to access the TMLP Online Payment System.

- Do
I have to give out my email address when I sign up for access to the

No, you do not have to give it out. If you do not give it out and later
on forget your password, the BPP System will not be able to remind you
what your password is, but otherwise, there are no consequences for
not entering an email address.

- My latest bill says I have a credit, but when I log on to the system, the page says I owe money. What does this mean?
If you see a number in the "amount due" section in parentheses, like this:
($50.00)
that means you have a credit of $50.00 on your account. Parentheses around the number indicate a credit.
