Notice to Commercial / Industrial Customers:
As of November 1st, all Commercial and Industrial customer invoices paid by credit card via the TMLP website or automated phone attendant will be charged a processing fee of 3.5% of the total transaction.
While unfortunate, this fee is necessary to cover the increasing costs of processing payments over the web portal.
This fee is NOT applied to residential customer transactions.
To avoid this fee, please contact our Customer Service Department (508) 824-6976 to setup an automatic withdrawal option.
